Ruth received her Master of Science in Art Therapy and Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School where she developed the unique skill set of using art materials to clinically assess and facilitate healing for her patients.
She has worked in private practice for several years and completed portions of her residency in private practice and in a federally funded treatment center with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Kristine received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Nutrition and her internship through Virginia Tech. She obtained her Masters degree in Social Work at Norfolk State. She has over two decades of experience in the fields of eating disorders, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, functional gut disorders and women’s health. She is in the process of completing her certificate in spiritual formation at Columbia Theological Seminary. She is a member of sports nutrition, eating disorder and women’s health practice groups.
Kristine has been published in local newspapers and national newsletters. She speaks locally and nationally on women’s health topics and eating disorders. She is very involved in local and international relief work and received the Jefferson Award for her community involvement. Kristine serves as the primary therapist with an orphanage in Kenya and is an instructor with Living Waters for the World .
Her unique approach to adolescent and adult health incorporates nutrition advice with lifestyle and behavior modification, body image counseling, emotional healing and spiritual growth.

Rebecca received her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric, domestic violence and sexual assault response and shelter, intensive in-home, family case management, crisis intervention, and private practice outpatient counseling.
Rebecca has a particular passion for treating the unique needs of adolescents and young adults. She has facilitated Batterer Intervention and Anger Management groups as well as developed a curriculum, and facilitated a group focused on parenting through domestic violence. Rebecca uses a strengths-based, relational approach to treatment with the belief that secure attachment and authentic human connection are at the core of healing, and that a strong, trusting therapeutic alliance will empower individuals to build healthy relationships within their own lives.

Megan received her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Michigan University and has completed an extensive supervised internship in private practice. She's a Navy brat and former high school teacher with a deep desire to help others realize their full potential. Her client-centered approach draws on elements of mindfulness, reflective listening, and the expressive arts, and she sees the therapeutic relationship itself as a powerful vehicle for client change.
Megan works with adolescents and adults in both individual and group therapy.

Katie received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of William and Mary. She has worked in outpatient eating disorder recovery and local private practice. Her approach to counseling is rooted in authenticity and acceptance. Her goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space in which to help clients process emotions and difficult life experiences, reflect on core beliefs and behavior patterns, build on existing strengths and resources, and learn healthy coping strategies that enable growth and healing. Katie utilizes strategies and principles from ACT, DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Her therapy style promotes curiosity, self-compassion, and, whenever possible, laughter.
Katie grew up in a Navy family and has lived experience with depression, eating disorders, divorce, and blended families. She has a B.A. in English from the College of William & Mary and an M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Katie works with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults in individual and group therapy.
