Yes! We accept Aetna commercial insurance, Aetna Better Health, Anthem (commerical and medicaid), Anthem HealthKeepers, Medicaid, Medicare, Molina, Optima, Optum, Sentara, and United Health Care.
Yes! In choosing self-pay, records are kept between the client and provider and you have the freedom to meet with your clinicians as often as you need instead of insurance dictating your session frequency. You can find cash pay rates on our insurance and rates page.

Most people park in the Public Parking Lot under the Hilton: The Main on Plume Street. Others park at MacArthur Center South Garage (Dillard's entrance) and walk across East City Hall to enter the Monticello Arcade through the 211 East City Hall entrance.

Typical sessions last about 50 minutes. Length of time in therapy depends on the client's circumstances. Clients typically meet with therapists on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on the client's needs. Clients will work with their therapist to determine the frequency of sessions.
The initial meeting will be an assessment to explore the client's history and needs for therapy. Your clinician will explain office policies (cancellation policy, no show fees, etc), privacy and confidentiality, and general course of treatment.
